Paper model 

My initial room model was inaccurate with gapes in corners and tape reach the internal walls of the model. This model consists of basic room dimension and light setup with only a single window and door. I choose the scale of the model to be at 1:10 to allow for easier cutting and drawing. 

Improved room model

Within my improved version of my model I decided to add a more advance light setup with a roof window paneling, three rowed window wall and single window wall. This allowed more light to reach the internal space creating a more friendly and inviting space.

Reflection:

through the activity I have increased my confidence in model making. The repetitive cutting and joining of walls has allowed me to strength my ability in cutting accurate lines and joining walls with flushed sides and corners.
